Abhyaasa - Training and Rangapravesha

Bharatanatyam classes are held both online and offline. With student led learning and customised methodology of teaching, every individual is given space to learn at their own pace, without comparison or competition. Focus of learning here is not only to become a dancer, but to develop an overall personality, making their journey of learning a part of their life. Along with dance, students here also explore aspects of history, poetry and literature of different languages, mythology, numbers through rhythm, topics related to society and environment and life at a deeper level.

After training for a few years, if and when the student is ready, they are given a choice to do their debut performance-Rangapravesha.

As part of ABHYAASA, guest artists are invited to conduct workshops on various segments - music, konnakol, choreography, Karnas and charis, Abhinaya, rhythm being some of them. Guest speakers are also invited to give a broader understanding of what they learn.
