Medhas interest in dance did not stop her just there, but expanded her horizon to acting. She started her theatre career with Dr SR Leela’s Sanskrit play svaspnavasawadatta, produced by IGNCA forNatioanlDoordarshan, and further acted in other Sanskrit plays of her including many shows of Madhyama Vyayoga.
After being a finalist in the reality show Miss ETV , aired on ETV Kannada, she got an opportunity to work with Sanket theatres production ‘naa Tukaram alla’ kannada play, directed by S.Surendranath. She was recognised for her acting skills and was offered one of the 4 leads in popular Kannada daily soap- Madarangi, directed by popular director B Suresh.
She has also acted in many dance- theatre productions by various theatre groups .She has also anchored for many live musical and dance shows and documentaries.
